• Authority Permits: Approval is mandatory from local utilities such as DEWA (Dubai), ADDC/AADC (Abu Dhabi), or SEWA (Sharjah) before any installation begins.

• No Objection Certificates (NOC): For those living in apartments or managed communities, an NOC from the building management or Owners’ Association is a prerequisite.

• Certified Installations: All work must be performed by a licensed and approved electrical contractor who handles the technical assessments, load calculations, and document submissions.
